These terms cover your use of the ZD Pressure Washing website and the services we provide.
Quotes are valid for 30 days and assume the property matches the description and photos provided. If conditions on site differ materially (e.g. much larger area, restricted access, high mould load) we may adjust the price before starting — we'll always confirm with you first.
Bookings are confirmed by phone, SMS or email. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. We accept bank transfer and card.
You agree to provide safe access to the property, working outdoor tap and power point, and to move or secure fragile items. We are fully insured for $20M public liability but are not liable for pre-existing damage, brittle tiles, cracked roof sealant or worn paint disclosed or discovered during the job.
Roof cleans include a 2-year mould-free warranty. If mould or lichen returns within 2 years of the clean under normal conditions, we will re-treat at no cost. Warranty excludes damage from storms, construction dust, overhanging trees not present at time of clean, or missed re-treatments where we cannot access the property.
We understand things come up. Please give us 24 hours' notice where possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
