How much does a roof clean cost on the Central Coast?+
Most single-storey roofs on the Coast come in between $400 and $700. Two-storey and larger blocks are usually $700–$1,100. Every quote is fixed, and includes a free gutter clean and free solar clean if the roof clean is booked.
Is soft washing safe for my roof and warranty?+
Yes. We use low-pressure soft washing with roof-safe chemistry — the way BlueScope Colorbond, tile manufacturers, and every reputable roofer recommend. High-pressure blasting cracks tiles, forces water under laps, and can void the warranty. We won't do it.
How long does a professional roof clean last?+
Our clean is backed by a 2-year mould-free warranty. If black mould or lichen comes back within 2 years of the clean, we come back and treat it at no charge. Most roofs stay clean 3–5 years before they need another wash.
Do you use my water and power?+
Yes — we run off your tap and a standard 10-amp outlet. Uses roughly the same water as a load of washing. If the tap flow is low we bring our own pump; just let Zeb know when you book.
Are you insured?+
$20 million public liability. Cert is available with every quote. Fully covered for residential, commercial, strata and school jobs.
How long does a job take?+
Most single-storey house + roof combos are one day. Double-storey or the-lot packages are one long day or split over two. We give you an exact time window when we quote.
Do you clean gutters and solar panels at the same time?+
Yes — and if you're booking a roof clean, both are free. Otherwise gutter cleans start around $250 and solar starts around $180 depending on panel count.
Do I need to be home?+
Not for most jobs. As long as we can get to your outdoor tap and power point, we can knock it out and send you before/after photos with the invoice.
